Pure Luxury on the French Riviera

Breathtaking view on the Mediterranean

Situated on its own two-hectare peninsula jutting into the Mediterranean Sea, Cap Estel is set right on the sea in a location unique in France.

Surrounded on three sides by water, with magnificent panoramic views, it was voted the Best Sea-front Hotel in France in 2011 by World Travel Awards.

Only 10 minutes away from Monaco, 10 minutes from Beaulieu-sur-Mer and St-Jean-Cap Ferrat, and 30 minutes from Nice, it is the ideal place from which to explore and enjoy the beauty of the Côte d’Azur.

Secluded & Discrete

A boutique hotel in its own gated estate, set amid lush greenery and beautiful trees, Cap Estel is secluded and discrete, a quiet oasis where you can escape the crowds and enjoy complete rest and  privacy.

No wonder that International celebrities have been coming here for over 50 years to unwind and enjoy its quiet and relaxed elegance.

Security is maximised with the aid of sophisticated equipment and a 24 hour security service.

Accommodation

"le Cap"

This is the main mansion building, built originally in 1899, but extensively renovated and modernised in 2003. It offers accommodation on four floors, ranging from two penthouse suites on the upper two floors with spacious private terraces, to de luxe double rooms on the lower floors. The larger suites can be broken up into separate rooms, sharing a private lounge.

"le Cap"
"la Mer"

This location comprises three bedrooms set into the eastern wall of the peninsula, overlooking Cap Estel private beach and the bay of Cap d’Ail.

Each room is furnished in the style of an ocean-liner’s cabin.

"la Mer"
"les Jardins"

This is a separate Italian-style building, providing modern and peaceful accommodation, opening onto the hillside gardens of Cap Estel.

Renovated in spring 2017, and with the building situated at a higher elevation than the main mansion, the  six Junior Suites will offer you an exceptional panoramic view of the sea.

"les Jardins"
"le Parc"

The two Le Parc suites lead off the western side of the front lawn, and are built sheer above the sea.

They overlook submerged rocks where divers come to view the abundant underwater life, with views of Bealieu-sur-Mer and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the other side of the bay.
