The Cap Estel gourmet restaurant is orchestrated by Patrick Raingeard. The restaurant showcases fresh produce directly harvested from the hotel's kitchen garden. 

The menu subtly combines the freshness of seasonal produce and original flavours, with fine scents from the Mediterranean and spices from beyond.
